PayAnywhere

In this video, you’ll learn to navigate within the PayAnywhere Strorefront tablet. We’ll cover convenient shortcuts to help you move quickly across open application, access the tablet settings, and monitor important indicators.

Let’s begin by getting familiar with the home screen. On the home screen, you’ll notice four icons that will be used often during navigation. Along the bottom, the second symbol called the recent icon, will display recently open aps on your tablet. Touch a tab to open the application or slide it down with your finger to close it. Next, the home icon will return you to the home screen from any other screen except from PayAnywhere inside. Use the back icon to return to the previous screen visited. This will also return you to the home screen from PayAnywhere inside.

Now, we’ll go through the four primary apps on the home scree. The first on the left is the PayAnywhere app, which you will likely use the most. Tap it to launch the app and process transactions. The next app, pay anywhere inside launches the PayAnywhere inside portal, where you can view your processing activity. Watch the PayAnywhere inside tutorial videos to learn more about using the inside portal. To adjust the tablet settings, including wireless connection, or display brightness, tap the settings app. Selecting apps displays apps that come preinstalled on the tablet. These include an email app, calendar, camera, downloads, picture gallery, Google maps, and web browser. Swiping your finger from right to left on the home screen will also take you to this set of applications.

Next, we’re going to take a look at some important indicators regarding your tablets performance. From the home screen, slide your finger from the top of the screen down. These symbols will also automatically display when any app is open. We’re going to cover a few of the more important ones, such as the symbol displaying the strength of your internet connection. If you cannot see this symbol it means your Storefront is not connected to the internet. The battery icon will also show how much battery is remaining. If there is a charging bolt next to the battery, this means the battery is charging.

Now that you’ve seen the basics, you’re one step closer to getting the most out of PayAnywhere Storefront. Thanks for choosing PayAnywhere and we hope to continue to help grow your business one step at a time.
