In his new position, Rowe will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to his team, in addition to driving profitable sales growth for CFM. He will also collaborate with NAB’s senior leadership to maximize the CFM brand in a rapidly growing and evolving industry.

A highly skilled financial services professional with both frontline sales and marketing management experience, Rowe has worked in the industry for over 26 years and has accumulated substantial analytical, credit and commercial finance experience. His record of success includes revitalizing sales operations; building successful sales and credit teams; managing key accounts; spearheading major business development initiatives; and optimizing people, processes and capital to improve profits and increase shareholder value.

Before arriving at CFM, Rowe served as the senior regional director with Great Lakes Business Credit (GBLC) in Troy, Mich., where he was responsible for expanding GLBC’s sales and marketing strategy throughout the United States. During his career, he has led $52 million revenue organizations with over 160 staff, compiling an enviable record of revitalizing sales operations, building successful sales and credit teams, managing key accounts, spearheading major business development initiatives and optimizing people, processes and capital to improve profits and increase shareholder value. Rowe also worked with banks, CPA’s, attorneys and others to assist companies that were unable to obtain or maintain traditional bank financing. Prior to GLBC, Rowe served as commercial banking manager for Key Bank in Denver, Colo., where he was named the company’s “2010 Rookie of the Year” and won the coveted Extraordinary Leadership award. In addition, Rowe has held CEO positions with First National Bank of Colorado and PMFCU, as well as other C-level positions with Texas State Bank and Arvest Bank in Little Rock, Ark.

Rowe graduated summa cum laude with an MBA in Finance from the University of Detroit, and he holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Michigan. He also successfully completed the Executive Leadership Program at the Sam M. Walton School of Business in Fayetteville, Ark.

An active participant in the financial industry, Rowe is a member of several trade/industry organizations, including: Risk Management Association; Association for Corporate Growth; Turnaround Management Association; and Commercial Finance Association. He is also the president of the Milford Presbyterian Church in Milford, Mich., where the avid golfer resides with his family.
